To build excitement for the 2011 Michiana Solar Tour and Sustainable Living Fair, Home Energy LLC will be putting on a presentation at the Goshen Library, on Tuesday, September 27.

There will be a demonstration for "Kill-A-Watt" device that the library will allow members to check out and take home, to get a reading on how much energy your refigerator is using. Also, Wess Culver will speak on the importance of gaining independence from foreign energy!

The ASES National Solar Tour is the world's largest grassroots solar event that offers participants the opportunity to tour homes and buildings, for FREE, to see how neighbors are using solar energy, energy efficiency, and other sustainable technologies to reduce their monthly utility bills and help tackle climate change.
